Webhooks answer instantly
Platforms wait less than five seconds and resend on silence. We acknowledge immediately and process afterwards — which is why there is never an avalanche of duplicates.
Queues and idempotency
Everywhere money or messages are involved: a job is claimed by exactly one worker, and only retriable errors are retried. A customer never receives the same message twice.
Gentle with your production
We connect to third-party live systems read-only, release licence slots and cache reference data instead of hammering the API. First connection to a marketplace ships with writes disabled.
Keys stay locked
Integration credentials are encrypted and stay in your perimeter; only the last characters are ever shown. Key replacement is written to the audit log.
The site works offline
Tills and mobile devices survive connection loss: the queue accumulates locally and delivers once the network is back.
