1. General
This policy describes what data x³.run ("we") receives and how we process it when you use the x3.run website, contact forms, chat, audit tools and the X3 Platform application. Operator details are available on request.
By using the website and services you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, do not send us your data and do not connect your accounts to X3 Platform.
2. Data we receive
- Contact details from forms: name, phone number, message text.
- The website address you submit for an audit.
- Live chat messages and a technical session identifier.
- Your Telegram identifier if you subscribe to blog notifications.
- Advertising tags (UTM) you arrived with.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, cookies, visit information — via Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics.
- Google Ads data if you connect an ad account to X3 Platform with your Google account (see "Google user data").
3. How we use it
- To respond to your request and discuss your project.
- To audit your website and prepare recommendations.
- To reply in chat and send blog notifications you subscribed to.
- To protect forms from automated submissions.
- To analyse traffic and improve the website.
- To manage advertising campaigns and prepare reports in X3 Platform on behalf of the ad account owner.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell data. It is shared only with services the website cannot work without:
- Telegram — delivering requests and chat messages to our team.
- Groq — processing text requests in the website’s AI features.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — checking that a form is submitted by a human.
- Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics — visit statistics.
Data may also be disclosed when required by law.
5. Google user data
X3 Platform requests access to the Google Ads API (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) only after your explicit consent in the Google consent screen.
The data received — ad accounts, campaigns, keywords and statistics — is used solely to manage advertising and prepare reports for the accounts you granted access to. We do not sell this data, do not transfer it to third parties, and do not use it for serving ads or for training artificial intelligence models.
x³.run’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete stored data, email support@x3.run.
6. Storage and security
We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above or until you withdraw consent. Only people who need it for their work have access. Access keys to third-party services are stored encrypted.
7. Cookies
The website uses cookies to remember your language, keep advertising tags and collect statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work correctly.
8. Your rights
You can request information about your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to processing. Email support@x3.run — we reply within 10 business days.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version with its effective date is always published on this page.
